amidst the judging fire<\/p>\n

is my super moon<\/p>\n

in autumnal gloom<\/p>\n

my Popocat\u00e9petl breathing faith<\/p>\n

my plum jam on a sour day<\/p>\n

my socks of comfort<\/p>\n

my loyal friend<\/p>\n

like i did to nath\u00e1lia lima and laura wittner<\/p>\n

instead of threatening them with the tip of my ink pen<\/p>\n

writing like a contemporary poet<\/p>\n

is to make a debt on the credit card<\/p>\n

to buy the plaquette of patricia lino<\/p>\n

forgive me, patricia, i tried pirating it first and couldn\u2019t<\/p>\n

and i need to see your poems with my hands<\/p>\n

to take them for a walk in my poems<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

to write like a contemporary poet<\/p>\n

i’m going to need to read anne carson\u2019s texts<\/p>\n

because all the other poets are reading<\/p>\n

because all the other poems lead me to her<\/p>\n

because when i speak of island they speak of ana martins marques<\/p>\n

and of sappho and sappho no longer leads to greek dictionaries<\/p>\n

but leads to carson<\/p>\n

we are all in the labyrinth with ariadne<\/p>\n

helping her hold the skein when\u00a0she\u00a0gets\u00a0tired<\/p>\n
