Dog on the Highway<\/strong><\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

I wandered so far,<\/p>\n

Far away from home,<\/p>\n

Into the very jaws of death,<\/p>\n

In sorrow in despair,<\/p>\n

How did I miss my way?<\/p>\n

Anybody! Save me!<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Frozen on the highway,<\/p>\n

With metal beasts hurtling towards me,<\/p>\n

The road quaking beneath their weight,<\/p>\n

Racing closer, swift and merciless,<\/p>\n

Ready to devour my fragile soul.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I\u2019m a ghost trapped in their path,<\/p>\n

An intruder in their hurried lives,<\/p>\n

I\u2019m but a fractured soul, small and lost,<\/p>\n

Caught in the crossfire of fate,<\/p>\n

Death, my only solace.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The sounds of their engines fade,<\/p>\n

Their lights blur out,<\/p>\n

I say goodbye to the world,<\/p>\n

I go to a place where pain,<\/p>\n

I will feel no more.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The Street of His Glory<\/strong><\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

The street hums soft beneath the sky,<\/p>\n

where streetlights burn like torches high.<\/p>\n

Their golden hands stretch through the night,<\/p>\n

weaving wonders in their light.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The trees, like elders, bow and sway,<\/p>\n

whispering hymns where branches lay.<\/p>\n

Their roots hold deep, their voices climb,<\/p>\n

singing of One beyond all time.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The cars stand still, silent, bright,<\/p>\n

bearing words of holy might:<\/p>\n

“The earth is His, the sky, the sea\u2014<\/p>\n

the breath in you, the breath in me.”<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The hawkers move, their voices rise,<\/p>\n

like echoes flung to ancient skies.<\/p>\n

Hands stretch out, feet press on,<\/p>\n

yet every step is Heaven\u2019s song.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

And up above, the stars ignite,<\/p>\n

city lights of realms of light.<\/p>\n

The winds proclaim, the heavens cry,<\/p>\n

“He rides the storm, He rules the sky!”<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The night, so vast, yet knows His name,<\/p>\n

the roads, though worn, still praise the same.<\/p>\n

The waiting cars, the restless street,<\/p>\n

all bow beneath His sovereign feet.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Then comes the shift<\/p>\n

The light turns green,<\/p>\n

and motion stirs like worlds unseen.<\/p>\n

For He who speaks makes all things flow,<\/p>\n

“Be still,” He breathes, and all things know.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n
