PUBLISHING YOUR BOOK IN MULTIPLE FORMATS is designed to help writers and publishers take advantage of the many formats for publishing and selling books. The webinar will introduce you to the different platforms available to authors or publishers. The webinar will equip you to take advantage of the multiple approaches for selling your book to customers who like to read books in different ways. Some of the topics to be addressed include:
- Different formats available to publish your book
- Deciding on the format for your book and audience
- Important considerations for your choice of format
The webinar will be led by Kirimi Barine, author, trainer, publisher, consultant, and founding director of Publishing Institute of Africa and the author and co-author of several books, among them Transformational Corporate Leadership.
The webinar will be moderated by Joan Campbell, who is a contributing devotional writer for The Upper Room, and Scripture Union’s Closer to God publication. She is the author of The Poison Tree Path Chronicles trilogy, a fantasy adventure which contains the underlying message of God’s grace. Chains of Gwyndorr, the first book of the trilogy, won the 2017 Illumination award for Young Adult Fiction. Her two other books, Encounters: Life Changing Moments with Jesus and Journeys: On Ancient Paths of Faith, are collections of short stories, meditations, and prayers. Joan is an MAI-Africa trustee and lives in Johannesburg, South Africa.
