As a Lebanese Christian publisher serving in the often-volatile region of MENA (Middle East & North Africa), Sandra described the multifaceted challenges she faces as well as potential strategies she’s found helpful. Sandra el Hajj is Publishing and Communications Manager of Dar Manhal al Hayat publishing house, a ministry of LSESD (now called Thimar), based in Beirut, Lebanon. She has a PhD in Translation Studies, Language and Communication Sciences from the Lebanese University and 17 years of experience in translation and content writing. She is passionate about internal eco-tourism, traveling, leading worship, reading and writing. Sandra co-founded a translation and copywriting agency, The Write Solutions, and shares her music videos and spiritual reflections at “A life of praise.”
