My name is Efraín Ocampo, I'm from México and this is my story: I started writing as part of my personal spiritual journey. My wife and I was just a newleyweds and I had to recognize my poor character, bad judgment and inconsistency as a christian. I didn't understand why, in spite of my "christian knowledge", I wasn't able to live out my faith. So, I look out for answers in the Bible, prayed and wrote my findings and thoughts. As I began to heal by really knowing my God (as opposed my experience was), I shared with my friends what God were doing in my life. Imagine my surprised when their reaction was "I need this too!". My answer was to offer my fellowship and my notes become a book I gave them as a tool, so they can think in answers to their multitude of questions. As I helped one of my friends, he introduced me another person in similar circumstances, and that person introduced me to another, and then a couple, and then a family, and then a church. They asked me to talk to them, and after that another church, and then another. I started to write another book, this time, with the goal to address church issues, I a few years later I wrote another book about relationships centered in Christ. With my wife we launched Revitalize your church to share with others resources to do so. My vision is to continue writing resources to christians and their churches that help them to grow their spirituality by encouraging them to understand and live out the gospel of Jesus Christ in a way that they can experience the healing that brings a new life renewing their minds with the Word, submitting the emotions to their renewed minds and offering their bodies as a living sacrifice as their true and proper worship. All these based in a structured process that has Christ as the goal of spiritual maturity as sons of God.
