We’re made up of people from across the globe who share a love of poetry. Whether you’re a prolific poet or occasionally dabble with a verse or two, you’ll be inspired by this creative and fun environment.
Reading and writing together
Our time together starts with poetry readings. We then work through a writing prompt, crafting (and sharing) poems of our own. We’d love to have you join us!
We meet online on the second Wednesday of each month at 6 p.m. (East Africa Time). Save the dates: December 11, 2024; January 8, 2025; February 12, 2025.
Life together
Our WhatsApp group is a creative and relational place where we continue sharing throughout the month, encouraging each other in writing and in life.
Publishing together
Our dream for 2025 is to publish an MAI Poetry Group anthology—but for now, enjoy our Featured Poetry of the Month!
