My LLC, Joyce Dinkins Publishing, unearths relationships to grow ethnic Christian content and mentor. Christian publishing became my “home” when David C. Cook recruited me to develop and launch the Echoes curriculum. NavPress later hired me as a periodicals editor. The Christian book publisher for the Woman's Missionary Union recruited me as managing editor. Our Daily Bread Ministries made me Our Daily Bread devotional executive editor in 2015, and founding editor of VOICES. I’ve served through the board of the Academy of Christian Editors, and the Evangelical Christian Publishing Association DEI Subcommittee. I have mentored individuals from throughout the US, and several people serving in Canada, Europe, Asia, and Africa. My recent published writing includes Not Easily Broken: Wisdom on Dating and Marriage with Christ at the Center, coauthored with my husband. I’m general editor for Free to Write, a guide for Christian writers releasing in 2026 while penning my book celebrating my family heritage. Voice work for Our Daily Bread audible devotions appears regularly on their app. I've had the privilege of editing Lawrence Darmani a bit along with hundreds of other writers and contributors from several nations.
