How to Remember MAI in Your Will or Living Trust

Sample Bequest Language
Bequest language is simple. The bequest can indicate a fixed dollar amount, a percentage of the total estate, or a percentage of the residual estate. We share the sample bequest language below with friends who wish to remember MAI in their wills or living trusts:

➢ Gift of specific percentage of estate
“I hereby give ___% of my estate [or, ‘my Trust assets’ if using a Living Trust] to Media Associates International (MAI), located at 351 S. Main Place, Suite 230, Carol Stream, Illinois 60188, with FEIN tax ID 363360187.
➢ Gift of specific percentage of residuary estate
“I hereby give ___% of my residuary estate [or, ‘my Trust assets’ if using a Living Trust] to Media Associates International (MAI), located at 351 S. Main Place, Suite 230, Carol Stream, Illinois 60188, with FEIN tax ID 363360187.
➢ MAI as contingent beneficiary
